This application is a mandatory form for both prospective and current tenants who own a pet or plan to acquire one during their rental period. Without this completed application, pet requests for apartments cannot be accepted.

IMPORTANT FOR TENANTS
House Rules
The house rules contain all essential information about the property, as well as guidelines and regulations for your rental apartment. All (potential) tenants must accept and sign the house rules to proceed with their move-in. – Of course, we are happy to assist you with any questions.

Residence Registration Form
The residence registration form is mandatory for tenants who wish to register a primary or secondary residence in a new apartment. This form is not provided by us, but we include a link on our website for your convenience.

FEEDBACK & DEREGISTRATION
Termination Form
The termination form is intended for tenants who are planning to move and wish to vacate their current rental apartment. Please note that termination of your lease is only possible after you have lived in your apartment for at least one year. The termination will be effective at the end of the month and includes the legally required notice period.

With this form, you can evaluate our work and help us improve even further. You will receive the feedback form after a successful apartment handover or after staying in one of our holiday apartments, which will be available starting in 2025.
